At Club Factory, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:

📦 Order Cancellation

1. You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer support.
2. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
3. Prepaid order cancellations before shipping will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

🔁 Return & Refund Eligibility

1. Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
3. Items that are damaged due to misuse or do not have the original packaging may not be accepted.

💰 Refund Process

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
3. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit as per your preference.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

1. Certain items may be marked as "non-returnable" (e.g., innerwear, personalized items, clearance sale products).
